looking for comic storyboard artist and partner

Hi,
I'm writting this journal because I've been planning on making an action/adventure comic featuring these characters shown here




    




Characters and Possible story ideas:
The cat like character and the oc with the tan fur and flower in their hair were going to be my two main characters. I was thinking of going for an apocalyptic type of world for these characters or a story where they possibly live in a underground city cut off from civilization where one gets cut off from the other and has to go to the surface setting off a series of events to find each other while meeting friends and enemies along the way. I was planning to do a short story that doesnt have anything to do with the main comic for a small anime video game convention coming up on april 22nd, possibly 20-30 pages for a small comic to start off and get the comic started. 

What I need:
I'm looking for a storyboard artist or someone who can help me come up with a good story and possibly a name for this comic. I also need someone to collab with me on this comic, someone to help sketch out the characters or draw background details.

Whats in it for you?:

I wouldnt be able to pay you through paypal. i'd possibly be able to pay you points, but not a lot sorry, (dont have very many points but can get them through selling adopts etc.) if you like characters or adopts i can pay you with those (can only buy point adopts as long as their within a reasonable price range, again sorry)I can pay you with commissions or help to get you commissions, also doing favors such as helping to advertise, earning in game money on specific free online video games etc. You'd also receive credit for your work, if i started a crowd funder or kickstarter, you'd receive some of the profit.
